It’s all about “you” our customers.  Understanding the process is key to first, a successful relationship and second, a well developed Web Site.

 

Consultation:  During our first meeting we discuss the vision that you have for your Web Site. At this time, we work very closely with you to identify your branding and identifiable uniqueness making your Web Site an asset to the success of your business.  We will also look the use of your current company logo, text, font, color scheme, and etc. in your web site to keep everything consistent for your Web Design. 


Proposal and Contract:  After the consultation process, we can give you recommendations for your project.  After we identify the specific needs of your Web Design and you are confident that IDesign can meet those needs, we will provide a proposal covering all aspects of our discussion.  Upon agreement you will receive the final proposal draft containing the contract, work required, and pricing for your web site.


Payment:  One Half of the Web Site Cost is due at the time of signing the final proposal and contract.


Content:  This is your assignment and must be completed before we can begin your site.  The best person to tell your story is “you”.  The content is not required to be perfectly written, though it can be.  Some changes may need to be made in order to better optimize your Web Site.  Some of our customers have been known to provide us with 100 keywords and phrases that describe their business.  Much of your content may already be compiled through other materials such as, brochures, newsletters or press releases.

Additionally, we will need any specific pictures that you want included in your Web Site or we can provide you with access to many royalty free stock pictures.  If you want something more personalized and really special, we offer special digital photo shoots.  This usually cost $50/hour with a $50 minimum.


Design Development:   At this stage you identify the look, style, color scheme that you like.  If you are unsure of a design, to activate your thinking, we can provide other web sites for your review.  Once the design first draft is completed, it will be submitted for your review.  This usually takes 2-5 business days.  At this stage you must carefully review and submit revisions in a timely manner.

Final Design:  After you have carefully reviewed and revisions have been submitted we construct your Web pages using the design, content, graphics, images that you have provided.  Then your Web Site is submitted to your for final approval.


Pre-Submission Analysis: We use keyword targeting software to determine the effectiveness of Web content and key word through a page analyzer. This analyzes how often the keyword/s is utilized in a search by others and how many times it was searched by search engines in the last 60 days.

 

Post-Submission Analysis: This analysis takes place after a Web site has been submitted to a search engines. This results of this analysis includes your Web site ranking for your primary keyword. The post-submission analysis that is logged in the SLS (Submission Log Sheet) and updates that are made to you page code to assist in better optimization.

 

Maintenance and Updates: Updates are critical to any web site.  Visitors may enjoy their initial visit, but on their return your site must again “WOW” them and hold their interest.  Put yourself in the place of your site visitor.  What would hold your interest and what would cause you to continue to return.  This is different and unique to each business, but essential to all businesses both on the Web or in your store.  

We can maintain your web site to insure that changes are current, informative and interesting, helping to insure that your visitors will return.
